The short version

What the app does with your information

InvestorBuilt is a calculator. You type in numbers about a property, such as purchase price, rehab budget, after repair value, holding costs, and financing terms. The app does the math on your device and shows you the result.

Those numbers exist only in the app's memory while you are looking at that screen. They are not saved to your phone, not written to a database, and never transmitted to us or to anyone else. When you close the screen, they are gone.

The app makes no network requests of any kind.

Sharing a deal summary

If you tap "Download / Share Deal Summary", the app creates a PDF of the numbers you entered and hands it to your phone's own share sheet, so you can save it, email it, or text it yourself.

That file is written to your phone's temporary folder and is owned by your operating system, not by us. The app does not keep it, read it back, or send it anywhere. Where it goes next is entirely your choice.

What we do not collect

• No name, email address, or phone number
• No account or login credentials
• No location data
• No contacts, photos, or files
• No advertising identifiers or device IDs
• No analytics, usage tracking, or crash reporting inside the app
• No camera, microphone, or photo library access

Third parties

The app does not share information with third parties, because it does not collect any. There are no advertising networks, no analytics providers, and no data brokers involved.

If you purchased the app through the App Store, that transaction is handled entirely by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment details.

Children

The app is intended for adults evaluating real estate. It is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children.

The website is separate

This policy covers the InvestorBuilt mobile app only. If you use the browser based calculators at therobertszigeti.com and choose to enter your name and email to download a guide or a PDF, that information is submitted by you and used to follow up with you. That is a separate, voluntary action and is not part of the app.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app adds a feature that requires collecting information, an account for example, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the change will be described here.
