What the app does
InvestorBuilt lets a real estate investor run the numbers on a property in the field: purchase price, rehab budget, after repair value, holding costs, financing, and profit. It returns a clear verdict so you know whether a deal works before you make an offer.
Common questions
- Do I need an account? No. There is no account and no login.
- Does it work without internet? Yes. Everything runs on your device, so it works offline at a property.
- Where is my data stored? Nowhere. The numbers you type stay in the app while you are using it and are gone when you close the screen. Nothing is saved and nothing is sent to us. See our privacy policy below.
- Something is not calculating correctly. Email us with the property numbers you entered and we will look at it.
- I want a refund. Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, and email us so we can help.
