Privacy Policy

The short version
I only collect what you choose to send me, I use it to get back to you, and I never sell it. I do not send automated text messages.
What I collect
- Voice messages. When you record a message on this site, I receive the recording, your name, and the phone number or email you give me.
- Forms. Depending on the page: your name, email, zip code, and a few words about your situation or what you are looking for.
- Bookings. When you schedule a call, Calendly collects your name, email and the time you pick.
- Visits. Google Analytics records how people use the site, such as pages viewed, rough location and device type. It does not tell me who you are.
- How visitors move around. Microsoft Clarity shows me how people use the site, such as where they click, how far they scroll and how they move through a page, so I can make it easier to use. It collects this through cookies and similar technology and does not record what you type into forms. Microsoft’s privacy statement explains how it handles this data.
- Your browser. The site remembers a few small settings on your own device, such as whether you closed a banner. That stays on your device.
How I use it
- To reply to you, by email or by phone if you gave me a number and asked me to call.
- To look at a property or a situation you told me about.
- To send you the guide or file you asked for, and occasional follow-up emails. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.
- To see which pages help people, so I can improve the site.
I do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it to anyone.
Texts and calls
I do not send automated or marketing text messages. If you text me first, I may text you back personally. I will only call you if you gave me your number so I could.
The services involved
A few trusted services handle parts of this for me. Each one uses your information only to do its job:
- Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions and recordings.
- OpenAI turns voice messages into text so I can read them. Recordings are not used to train its models.
- HighLevel is where I keep contact details and send follow-up emails.
- Calendly handles call scheduling.
- Gumroad handles every purchase. I never see your card details.
- Google Analytics measures site visits.
- Microsoft Clarity shows how visitors move around the site.
Keeping and deleting your information
I keep your information only as long as I need it to work with you. Email robert@therobertszigeti.com any time to see what I have, correct it, or have it deleted, and I will take care of it.
Children
This site is for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
